Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what information I collect when you book or contact me, why I need it, and how I keep it safe.

What I collect

Your name, phone number and email address. Your answers on the consultation form, including health information that is relevant to your treatment (for example pregnancy, medical conditions or medication). Your booking details. Your email address if you sign up for my free guide.

Why I use it

To check that treatment is safe and suitable for you, to plan and provide your treatment, to manage your bookings, to give you receipts for health insurance claims, and to send you the free guide or occasional emails if you asked for them.

Lawful basis

I hold your health information only with your explicit consent, which you give on the consultation form. Your other details are used to provide the service you have asked for. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who can see it

Only me. I never sell or share your details for marketing. Some trusted services store information for me: Squarespace (this website and forms), Calendly (bookings) and Flodesk (email sign-ups).

How long I keep it

Only for as long as I need it to provide your treatment and to meet professional and insurance requirements. After that it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Just call, text or email me. If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
