What Are Reflexology & Bio Energy Healing?
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy where precise pressure is applied to points on the feet that relate to different areas of the body. It is deeply relaxing and works with your body to help ease tension, calm the mind and restore a sense of balance.
Bio Energy Healing is a gentle, hands-off therapy that works with your body’s natural energy to help release stress and blockages. Many people feel a deep sense of calm, lightness and clarity afterwards. It can be received in person or from a distance.
Both are complementary therapies that work alongside, not instead of, your medical care.
Hi, I’m Sharon
I’m Sharon, a Registered Reflexologist with the NRRI and a Bio Energy Healer, based in Ballinasloe, Athlone. I offer one-to-one sessions in my treatment room, as well as distance healing wherever you are.
For over 20 years I worked in hospitality and the motor industry, before following my heart into holistic therapy. I’m also a mum of two teenagers, so I know how hectic life can get, and how easy it is to put yourself last.
That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting women through the different stages of their lives: pregnancy, those tender postpartum weeks, the beautiful, demanding years of motherhood, and beyond. I hold a special place for the woman who is overwhelmed, exhausted and stressed, who gives so much to everyone else and so little to herself. I also gently care for babies and children.
With me, you don’t need to explain or hold it all together. You can simply rest. Every session is given with warmth, love and understanding, because you deserve to be looked after too.

Bio Energy Healing & Reflexology — 90 mins, €90
My signature treatment. A deeply relaxing reflexology session combined with gentle Bio Energy Healing, to help release tension, rebalance your energy and leave you feeling calm, lighter and restored.
Reflexology for Overwhelmed & Exhausted Women — €60
For the woman who is running on empty. A gentle, nurturing session where you can finally switch off, rest deeply and give your mind and body the chance to unwind.
Pregnancy Reflexology — €60
Available from 14 weeks. A calming, safe treatment to help you relax, ease everyday aches and tension, and enjoy some precious time for you and your baby.
Postpartum Reflexology — €60
Gentle support in the weeks and months after birth, when tiredness and change can feel overwhelming. Time to rest, recover and feel cared for.
Menopause Reflexology — €60
A soothing treatment to support you through the changes of menopause, helping you feel more relaxed, balanced and at ease in yourself.
Mother & Baby Reflexology — €70
A special shared session for you and your baby. A lovely bonding experience where you both receive gentle, calming reflexology.
Baby & Child Reflexology — €30
Gentle, child-friendly reflexology to help little ones relax and feel settled, delivered with patience and care.
Bio Energy Healing — 3 consecutive days
In person €160 · Distance €120 · 50 minutes per session
Three healing sessions on consecutive days, either in my treatment room or from the comfort of your own home with distance healing. Bio Energy Healing works gently with your body's energy to help you feel calmer and more balanced.
Covered by your health insurance? Reflexology may be claimable with Vhi, Laya Healthcare, Irish Life Health and HSF Health Plan, depending on your plan.
Good to know before your visit

Before your first visit, you’ll fill in a short consultation form. When you arrive, you settle in comfortably under soft blankets. Only your feet are treated, so wear something comfortable. Afterwards, take your time, have a glass of water and enjoy the calm.

My treatment room is in a calm, private setting in Oldtown, Co. Roscommon (Eircode N37X2K6), just 9 km from Ballinasloe and about 11 km from Portiuncula Hospital.
